Dorset Smoked Duck with Caramelized Pears & Tomato Jam.


Crispy Hens Egg with Asparagus Soldiers & Chive Dressing.


Mini Bruchetta of Crushed Avocado, Tiny Broad Beans & Minted Peas (v).



Main Courses

Somerset Pork Fillet Wellington stuffed with a Mushroom & Thyme Duxcel, Coarse Grain Mustard Pomme Puree & Buttered Tender Stem Broccoli finished with a Cider, Apple & Sage Jus.

Pan Glazed Supreme of Dorset Chicken with Crushed and buttered Cornish New Potatoes, Herb Medley of Local Asparagus, Petis Pois & Silverskin Onions finished with a White Wine Cream Sauce.

Pan Fried Cornish Hake with Roasted Red Pepper Gnocchi, topped with Coconut Green Beans & Dressed with Basil Glazed Peppers.

Chargrilled Cauliflower Steak with Sweet Potato Fondant, Braised Little Gem & Sautéed Leeks served with a Pink Peppercorn Sauce (v).

Vegan Chocolate Brownies served with Salted Caramel & Thick Coconut Cream (v).
